I became interested in learning hypnotherapy because I thought it would be a valuable adjunct to my psychotherapy practice,and indeed it has been. In doing my research about where to get training, the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy kept emerging as having the best and most rigerous program. After completing the initial 12-week class, I continued to study with Josie and all the other excellent teachers and completed the Master's program and every class in between. I continue to use hypnotherapy in addition to psychotherapy in my private practice and I find it has helped my clients achieve the results they want effectively and quickly. When I was searching for office space some years ago, I found a small office that felt just right to me. It turns out that it had been the waiting room of the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy when Josie first opened the school, so her spirit continues to accompany me as I do my work.
