Dana Davisson
I discovered hypnosis in 2006 as a treatment for chronic pain and quickly decided
to enroll in the program at PASOH. In 2008 I was diagnosed with a serious illness
and my life changed. I used hypnotherapy through every step of my diagnosis and treatment; to alleviate fear and anxiety, reduce emotional and physical side effects, manage pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation and healing.
The training I received gave me the tools and techniques I needed to survive my journey
and the courage to move forward into survivorship. Hypnotherapy continues to be an integral part of my recovery. I use hypnosis and guided imagery daily to support healing,
dietary and lifestyle changes, maintain a positive attitude, manage stress and improve quality of life. Through my experience I have developed a deep understanding of the physical, emotional and spiritual challenges we all face when dealing with illness. I look forward to helping others through their journey. Dana Davisson, dld@mindspring.com, 650.591.7329
