This course is taught in a building block fashion. Each block forms a strong foundation for a thorough understanding of what hypnosis is and how it can be used in the most positive and productive ways. TBA. This class will improve your hypnotic ability by teaching you to make use of any response a client may have to your induction. It is intended to teach you how to build hypnotic suggestions from a client’s responses.

Dorothy V.Tyo MH presents an extensive and comprehensive day of working with children who experience pain from illness, cancer and medical treatment such as chemotherapy, radiation, and blood draw. How to help parents help their children through metaphor and story telling. A 10 point scale measuring a child's self report of pain is included.

Dorothy Tyo presents the annual PLSD workshop. All demonstrations include advanced techniques for regression and deepening the trance state. Included in this exciting day is a special segment on spirit release. Workbook and past life scripts are included. Saturday, 9am-4pm

This four week course is presented for hypnotherapists who want to enhance their work with and for their clients. We will participate in the exploration of shamanism, meditation, practice of intuitive insights, calibrating consciousness, channeling, dream and symbol interpretation and medical intuitive techniques. The prerequisite for this course is “Intuitive Studies and Development” or anyone who is already using intuition or psychic abilities in their work.

The Master program provides students with post-graduate training and a hundred hours of continuing education. The program is designed to incorporate each student's special interests and needs. Upon completion, a Master of Hypnotherapy certificate is awarded.

Prerequisite of 150 hours plus 3 Saturday Seminars or workshops from PASH.

Pain Management Hypnoanesthesiology.

This course is offered to advanced students who have completed a minimum of 100 hours of hypnotherapy training. It is designed to give students experience with volunteers who have chronic pain and other health-related conditions. The School schedules a field trip to an agency or health center to provide students further professional experience. Successful completion of this course will qualify student for membership in the National Board of Hypnoanesthesiology. Through lectures, demonstrations, and videotapes, students will gain expertise in:

This class will prepare you to work with women before, during, and after birth. It will give you the tools and knowledge you will need for:

Hypnosis to reduce fear and anxiety of pregnancy and birth
Self-hypnosis for couples
Hypnosis for every stage of labor

Over the years, clients have reported experiencing the greatest healing through Inner Child work. An intensive training program has been designed to focus on this specific area of hypnotherapy. This is an experiential course with students actively participating. Skills learned at this course include:

Interview and dialogue technique skills with the inner child
Metaphor for healing the developmental stages of the inner child
Inner child as a healer

This course provides in-depth, experiential training for students to gain more confidence working with clients. Students will be able to participate in the healing and recovery process of ongoing cases, utilizing volunteers from our volunteer program. Interviewing, analyzing, and critiquing client work allows students further practical experience with hypnotherapy skills. Specific topics of study include:

• Addictive behavior, phobias and trauma
• Recovery from loss and grief
• Utilizing laughter therapy
• Rapid recovery techniques
• Hypnosis with children and young adults

The advanced course expands your horizons to further exploration of the intuitive process, creative visualization, and many other modalities of hypnotherapy such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Ericksonian techniques, and regression therapies.
